Job Title: Injection Machine Operator
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum bonuses
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Friday: 1:30pm – 8:00pm
A well-established precision plastics manufacturer is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Machine Operator to join its evening shift production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business supplying high-quality plastic components to a range of industries.
The Role:
You will operate and monitor injection moulding machinery, carry out quality inspections, and support packing, assembly, and finishing processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
- Carry out routine quality checks on manufactured components
- Pack, inspect, and assemble products ready for dispatch
- Assist with insertion moulding and secondary manufacturing operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow production procedures and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in injection moulding, plastics manufacturing, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
