I am looking for an organised, reliable, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a busy individual with both daily personal administration and light household routines. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who has excellent time management skills, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys ensuring both digital and physical environments run efficiently.
Due to the confidential nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing employment.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Inbox Management
- Monitor and filter incoming emails.
- Draft routine correspondence.
- Flag urgent or priority communications.
- Maintain an organised digital filing system.
Diary & Calendar Management
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate daily and weekly calendars.
- Set reminders and manage personal commitments.
- Prepare and maintain itineraries as required.
Personal Administration
- Arrange travel, dining reservations, and appointments.
- Manage personal to-do lists and routine correspondence.
- Research products, services, and suppliers.
- Assist with bill payments and general administrative tasks.
Media & Content Organisation
With a focus on refreshing all social media platforms, experience within this area is essential.
- Organise and manage digital files and media archives.
- Maintain photo and video libraries.
- Support social media scheduling and content organisation as directed.
Light Household Support
- Assist with laundry management, including washing, folding, and organising.
- Maintain a tidy and organised home.
- Run occasional errands, such as collecting supplies or dropping off dry cleaning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Gmail, calendar management systems, and digital file organisation.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks independently.
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and able to respond to changing priorities.
- Willingness to sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Work Schedule & Location
- Hours: TBC (flexible schedule).
- Location: In-person with occasional remote flexibility, depending on requirements.
