What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a team of qualified early years practitioners
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, happy, and eager to learn
- Managing nursery operations, including staffing, ratios, rotas, budgets, occupancy, and compliance
- Ensuring excellence in early years education, following the EYFS and continuously improving learning outcomes
- Building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the nursery through audits, feedback, and development plans
- Developing and retaining passionate staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture

You are an experienced childcare professional (Level 4 or above) who:

40 hours over 4 days – 07:15 – 18:15
