Job description
Business Banking is a key growth area for the bank, supporting businesses across the UK with the products, services and expertise they need to thrive. As we continue to invest in our future, we're looking for a talented Business Support Manager to play a pivotal role in helping our leadership team deliver ambitious plans and drive meaningful change.
This is a role that will turn strategy into action, influence senior stakeholders and help teams deliver outstanding results. As a Business Support Manager you’ll be organised, commercially minded and enjoy turning strategy into action.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be acting a trusted partner to senior leader to help, shape and deliver strategic priorities by driving business performance through insightful reporting, analysis and governance. Within this role, you will lead and support transformation, change and business improvement initiative whilst supporting the delivery of business plans to enhance customer outcomes and commercial performance.
You’ll mange senior stakeholder relationships across the Business Banking division, whilst turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and communications.
About you
At minimum you’ll have/be:
Proven experience within Business Banking and/or Commercial Lending, with the ability to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
A proven ability to lead and manage multiple priorities, whilst fostering collaboration and shared ownership
Confident in supporting, influencing and partnering with colleagues, senior stakeholders and leaders
A pro-active, solutions focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve the status quo
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, MS Teams, and Visio, with the ability to create detailed documentation and visual process maps. Ability to manage and deliver work through other platforms such as Power BI and SharePoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive shared ownership of outcomes
