Team Leader – Which Wich Superior Sandwiches
Job Type: Full-time (25–45 hours per week)
Position Objective
As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring every guest receives superior service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will motivate and develop the team, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and help create a positive, energetic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and support Team Members during each shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to Which Wich standards.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor product quality, stock levels, and inventory, reporting shortages where necessary.
- Train and coach new and existing team members to achieve high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all duties are completed during each shift.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, labour, and operational targets.
- Handle cash, tills, and daily banking procedures accurately when required.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is essential.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Basic computer and numeracy skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and lead a team effectively.

- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
