An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings professional to join a successful and well-established Hertfordshire estate agency as an Assistant Lettings Manager.
This is the ideal role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step into management whilst remaining heavily involved in business generation, valuations and driving branch performance.

The Role
- Supporting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Driving new business generation and prospecting
- Coaching and supporting negotiators
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Assisting with team development and performance
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' Lettings experience
- Experience generating new business and winning instructions
- Strong understanding of the lettings process and legislation and regulation
- Ambition to progress into management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
