Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Caretaker or Caretaker couple to look after a private home and grounds. As Caretakers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the property is well maintained inside and out, supporting daily operations, and providing exceptional standards and service.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas.
- Maintain the home and gardens to an exceptional srandard.
- Monitor the premises regularly to identify maintenance issues.
- Assist with basic repairs or coordinate with specialised technicians for more complex issues.
- Provide and maintain security to the property.
- Support special events or activities by preparing spaces and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Look after vehicles and other equipment.
- Perform driving duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, caretaking, building and gardening / diy preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and other physical tasks
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and visitors
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow health guidelines
- Reliable, proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
Pay: £25,420.00-£40,123.77 per year
