The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our specialist surgeries, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our implantologist and periodontist, as well as take on general nursing and reception duties when specialists are not in-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Duties
- Assist the implantologist and periodontist during surgical procedures.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including pre- and post-operative support.
- Collaborate with specialists in treatment planning and patient management.
- Conduct general nursing duties when specialists are not present.
- Administrative & Operational Duties
- Manage stock taking for surgical procedures, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and organized.
- Handle reception work, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Help maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Requirements
- GDC number
- Qualified nurse with experience in oral surgery, implantology, or periodontics (preferred). To Be discussed
- IV Sedation qualification preferred – will be needed as assistance with IV sedations is part of the job requirements. To Be discussed if no qualifications available yet.

Pay: £30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
