A young woman in her late twenties is moving into her own home for the first time, and we're recruiting a small all-female team to support her 24/7. She has autism and is being assessed for ADHD. She's verbal, sociable, creative, and enjoys good conversation — particularly about nature and animals. She's a young woman building a life, not a patient, and the right person will treat her exactly that way.
The placement is 24/7 supported living in a brand-new detached house in Sturry, Canterbury (CT2). This listing is for sleep night shifts — daytime support is advertised separately.
You'll be on-site overnight, sleeping in your own room, with a short period of awake support at the start and end of the shift covering her evening and morning routines. A discreet bedroom alert system is in place — a simple call-button setup that lets her wake you if she needs anything during the night, so you can rest knowing you'll be alerted if she needs support. A key part of the placement is helping her build her independent living skills, and you may be in contact with her family and friends, and at times with her social worker or wider support network.
The shift:
- 8pm–10pm: awake support — evening routine, medication prompt
- 10pm–7am: sleep night on-site
- 7am–8am: awake support — morning routine, breakfast
Starting: 1st August 2026. Interim hours available with our existing clients across Canterbury, Medway, Sittingbourne and Sheppey in the meantime.
