Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours per week / Weeks per year: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am until 4pm/Friday 8am until 3.30pm term time only + 5 training days.

We are in the lucky position to be able to recruit an Admin Assistant who will work with a team of dedicated and inspirational staff, to enhance office efficiencies in a lively but never boring department. You will have a unique opportunity to grow your own career with the support of the Senior Leadership team, whilst everyday sharing your time with staff, children and families in the heart of our school.
The core focus of this role is to provide front of house customer service support to all stakeholders including staff and families. You will also be expected to provide day to day basic finance support for the following; Extended Provision, Pupil Premium, requisitions and purchase orders via PSF, trips etc, and maintain our online payment system.
