Harley Street Clinic Surrey is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in Reigate.
This is a fully in-house position and is not suitable for remote working. We are looking for someone who wants to become genuinely involved in the clinic, understand our treatments, work closely with the team and help communicate our brand effectively.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day marketing of the clinic across social media, email, website content, local partnerships, events and patient communications.
Key responsibilities
● Create engaging photo, video and written content from within the clinic.
● Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
● Produce reels, stories, treatment information, team content, patient journeys and promotional campaigns.
● Work closely with clinicians and the clinic team to identify suitable content opportunities.
● Respond to social media comments, messages and enquiries promptly and professionally.
● Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
● Support email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
● Assist with updating and improving the clinic’s WordPress website.
● Help develop and improve CRM systems, automated patient communications and appropriate AI-supported workflows.
● Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters and digital graphics.
● Organise clinic events, open days, launches and promotional activities.
● Build relationships and arrange collaborations with local businesses, influencers and community organisations.
● Research competitors, industry trends and local marketing opportunities.
● Monitor marketing activity, website traffic, social media engagement and campaign performance.
● Prepare regular reports outlining results, growth and areas for improvement.
● Support general administrative tasks connected with marketing, events and business development.
● Ensure all marketing content remains professional, accurate and appropriate for a regulated healthcare and aesthetics environment.
About you
You will be creative and confident, but also organised, reliable and willing to take direction.
You should have:
● Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation or a related marketing role.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
● Confidence creating and editing short-form video content.
● A good eye for branding, presentation and visual detail.
● The ability to write clear, engaging and professional copy.
● Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
● The ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
● A proactive attitude and willingness to generate new ideas.
● The ability to work independently while remaining part of the wider clinic team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems, social media analytics, photography, video editing or AI tools would be advantageous.
Previous experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, wellness or another regulated industry would also be beneficial but is not essential.
Experience
● Social media marketing: Minimum 1 year required.
● Content creation or digital marketing experience preferred.
● Experience using Canva or video-editing software preferred.
● WordPress and email marketing experience advantageous.
