Job Overview
We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner, to work with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver people strategies that support organisational goals, enhance employee experience, and drive business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role provides expert guidance across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and culture.
Main Duties
Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people plans.
Provide coaching and advice to managers on people-related matters and organisational effectiveness.
Support workforce planning and organisational design initiatives.
Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Support talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes. Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent and drive performance management practices that promote accountability and high performance.
Provide input into creation of recruitment strategies and workforce capability planning.
Partner with leaders to create wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion programmes, which champion organisational values and create the desired culture,
Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
Lead and support organisational change initiatives; assess people impacts of business changes and develop mitigation plans and coach leaders through transformation activities.
Drive adoption of new ways of working and contribute to enterprise-wide people initiatives and projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, policies, and employee experience.
Ensure HR policies and practices remain aligned with business needs and legislation.
What we are looking for
CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience.
Significant HR generalist experience, ideally in a Business Partner role within a commercially focused environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
Experience partnering with senior leaders.
Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
Ability to analyse people data and provide business-focused insights.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Trade Union experience.
Strong compliance background; ability to work with commercial teams to look at TOM and OD modelling.
