Floor Staff – Cocktail Bar, Disco & Nightclub

We are a busy and exciting late-night venue featuring a multi-room cocktail bar, disco room, and nightclub. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests and are looking for reliable and hardworking Floor Staff to join our team.
The Role
As a member of our Floor Team, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the venue throughout service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively during busy late-night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and clear empty glasses and bottles from all areas of the venue.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across bars, dance floors, seating areas, and walkways.
Carry out regular toilet checks and ensure facilities remain clean, stocked, and presentable throughout service.
Assist with keeping the venue safe by identifying and reporting spillages, hazards, or maintenance issues.
Re-stock bars with glassware, cups, straws, napkins, and other essential supplies.
Support bartenders and management with operational tasks as required.
Assist with venue setup before opening and cleaning duties at the end of the night.
Work closely with bar staff, security, and management to ensure smooth venue operations.
Help maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and licensing requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, bars, nightclubs, events, or similar customer-facing environments is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume venue.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for extended periods.
Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
