Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team in the GB area. Based in our supportive environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to service users in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in social care or health support roles.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping.
- Knowledge of care plans and home care procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A compassionate attitude and commitment to supporting service users.

Pay: £13.05-£13.50 per hour
