Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through targeted outreach, primarily focusing on B2B sales. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services.
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and matching them with our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Follow up on initial contacts to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Prepare reports on lead activity and progress for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to optimise outreach efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to engage effectively over the phone and build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to team objectives.
