We are actively looking for skilled Safety Flooring Installers to join our specialist Social Housing subcontracting team, with projects located in North, East, and West London, Essex, and Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a permanent position, offering the chance to work on a wide range of assignments for Housing Associations throughout these regions. Alongside social housing projects, successful candidates will also be responsible for floor installations for commercial clients, including prominent venues such as Greggs, Caffe Nero, and a variety of restaurants.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Possess a CSCS Operatives Blue Card or hold an NVQ qualification - Can provide NVQ Training
Demonstrate significant experience within the UK social housing sector
Own their own tools and have access to a van
Show expertise in fitting wet rooms
Display proficiency in installing safety flooring
Hold a valid asbestos awareness certification
These positions are ideally suited for individuals who are dedicated to developing a long-term career, with immediate start dates available for those who fulfil our criteria. Permanent employment is available, with options for both full-time and contract-based roles. There is also the possibility of weekend and out-of-hours work. Please note, a minimum of five years’ experience in Installing Safety floors is essential for these positions.
