Henry Sheach Lawnmower Services (Kingdom Mowers) is a trusted provider of lawnmower sales, servicing, repairs, and outdoor power equipment solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Trainee Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop management skills while gaining hands-on experience in a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the business.
- Support the manager in overseeing workshop and retail operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Help coordinate staff, schedules, and daily workloads.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering inventory.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and service requests.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Learn all aspects of business management, including operations, administration, and customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or mechanical environments.
- An interest in outdoor power equipment, machinery, or small engine maintenance.
- Leadership potential and a proactive approach to work.
