A structured 6‑month leadership development pathway
Hands-on experience in team coordination and supervision
Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well-Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
