We’re looking for a Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy plumbing merchant in New Southgate. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role serving trade customers across plumbing and heating supplies.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve trade customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle phone calls, process sales orders, returns, and special item requests
- Advise customers on plumbing and heating products
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised trade counter
- Carry out stock checks and support promotional displays
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a plumbing trade counter or plumbing merchant environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good time management and a team-player attitude
- Basic IT skills
- Knowledge of plumbing and heating products
Shifts & Pay:
- Shifts: 6:00am–3:00pm or 8:15am–5:15pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday
- Some bank holiday work required
- Monthly bonuses available
