Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator Level 3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, supporting their development in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in accordance with early childhood education frameworks.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through nurturing interactions and guidance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues to support individual development plans.
- Foster effective communication with children, parents, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure collaborative support for each child's needs.
- Promote inclusive practices that respect diversity and encourage positive behaviour among children.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children within nursery or early years settings is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education standards is required.
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience with childcare management or administrative duties is advantageous.
