SELF-EMPLOYED PUB MANAGER
Union Pubs & Bars is looking for experienced and enthusiastic self-employed pub managers to operate community pubs across the North West and North Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the freedom of running a pub whilst receiving ongoing support and assistance.
What We Offer:
- 20% of weekly net wet turnover

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the pub
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards throughout the business
- Stock control and cash management
- Staff recruitment and supervision where required
- Developing trade and building local community support
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements
Requirements:
- Previous pub, bar or hospitality management experience
- Personal Licence preferred
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to work independently
Earnings are based on 20% of weekly net wet turnover and will vary depending on the performance of the individual pub.
