Auxilium Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to join our growing team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who has experience preparing high-quality bids and tender submissions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by producing compelling, compliant, and professional proposals while working closely with internal departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and submitting high-quality bids and tender responses
- Reviewing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Coordinating with internal departments to gather relevant information and supporting documents
- Proofreading and quality-checking all submissions before deadlines
- Managing bid timelines and ensuring submissions are completed on time
- Maintaining bid records and documentation
- Monitoring bid outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting the business development team with proposal preparation and presentations where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Experience using bid management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
