Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting quality control processes. The role will be working Monday to Thursday 2pm till midnight
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging materials for production runs.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine performance, and quality checks.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to hygiene standards required in food manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Pay: £12.75-£12.94 per hour
