Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
About the Role- We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy Bodyshop team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors to the Bodyshop in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer journey.
- Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries.
- Processing customer information accurately and maintaining records.
- Supporting the Bodyshop team with administrative duties.
- Managing emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with invoicing and documentation as required.
- Ensuring the reception area remains organised and presentable at all times.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive image of the business.
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Previous reception, customer service, or automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
