About the Role
The Supply Pool is recruiting Unqualified Teachers to work across partner schools in Stoke-on-Trent. The schools we work with are part of the Shaw Education Trust, serving pupils across a variety of age groups.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or individuals with educational experience who are eager to begin a rewarding career in teaching.
You will support classroom learning, assist teachers with lesson delivery, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils.

What You’ll Need
✅ A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
✅ Experience working with children in an educational setting (paid or voluntary)
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK
