Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Private Residence Housekeeper & Manager to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall management of a luxurious private family home.
This role combines hands-on cleaning and with managerial responsibilities to ensure the residence operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will be detailed orientated, have excellent initiative and require minimal management.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties to an exceptional standard including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the residence.
- Laundry management to include ironing and wardrobe management.
- Food preperation - on ocassion - to include children's snacks and lunch boxes.
- Manage household supplies inventory and grocery deliveries.
- Organisation-regularly sorting and maintaining wardrobes, kitchen cupboards, play areas to ensure order throughout the house at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing household operations and guest interactions
- Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hotel service, or residential management with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization
- Experience of preparing food per Health & Safety standards.
- Friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic household setting
