About the job
We’re Hiring | Office Administrator – Group Head Office
Bond Street, London
Full-Time | Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for a really strong, highly capable Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office and become a trusted, central point of contact for the team.
This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive, commercially minded and exceptionally good with people. You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly, anticipate what the team needs before they ask, and bring structure and energy to a fast-moving environment.
You won’t simply be managing an office—you’ll be helping create an environment where the whole team can do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the office.
- Create and maintain an organised, welcoming and professional office environment.
- Manage office suppliers, contractors, facilities, equipment, supplies and maintenance.
- Own office budgets, purchasing and expenses, ensuring spend is sensible and well controlled.
- Coordinate meetings, visitors, events, team activities and office-wide initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership and the wider team to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, landlords, service providers and other partners.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new team members have everything they need from day one.
- Keep office processes, policies and documentation organised and up to date.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics where required.
- Help organise company events, celebrations, team lunches and other culture-building activities.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve how the office and wider business operate—and take ownership of making those improvements happen.
- Be the person people can rely on when something needs figuring out.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
- Has exceptional organisational skills and can keep multiple priorities moving without dropping the ball.
- Is naturally proactive—you spot what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked.
- Has excellent judgement and knows when to take action independently and when to escalate.
- Is highly detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Is confident dealing with everyone from suppliers and visitors to senior leadership.
- Communicates clearly, professionally and warmly.
- Is calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys solving problems.
- Has a strong sense of ownership and follows things through to completion.
- Is commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets and suppliers.
- Takes pride in creating an excellent environment for other people.
- Brings energy, positivity and a “make it happen” attitude.
Experience:
- Ideally, you’ll have several years’ experience in office management, operations, executive support, hospitality, events or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office budgets, supplier management, facilities, events and people operations would be a strong advantage.
What Success Looks Like
- After six months, the office feels effortlessly well run. Suppliers are managed, problems are solved before they become problems, the team has what it needs, and everyone knows they can rely on you.
- You’ll have become the person who makes things happen, brings order to complexity and raises the standard of the entire workplace.
Why Join Us?
This is a high-impact role with a huge amount of ownership. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, have the freedom to improve how things are done, and play an important role in shaping the culture and experience of the company.
If you’re the kind of person who sees something that needs fixing and thinks “I’ll sort it”, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply with your CV.
