Job Overview
FlowX Facilities Ltd is looking for reliable self-employed cleaners to carry out vacant property cleans across Livingston, Bathgate and surrounding areas.
This is a highly flexible opportunity that can fit around another job, existing cleaning clients or family commitments.
Work can be completed during the day, evenings or weekends, provided allocated properties are completed within the agreed timescale.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in domestic cleaning, end-of-tenancy, void properties or builders' cleans. However, full training and support will be provided for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacant residential properties ready for handover.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
- Clean internal windows, frames and sills.
- Clean doors, skirting boards and internal woodwork.
- Vacuum and clean floors as required.
- Complete a final quality check before leaving the property.
Pay and Flexibility
- Typical earnings equivalent to approximately £14–£17 per hour based on expected completion times.
- Payment is made per completed property.
- £60–£77 per property depending on property size.
- Standard properties typically take approximately 3.5–5 hours depending on size and condition.
- £20 performance bonus available after completing five qualifying properties.
- Weekly payments.
All cleaning equipment, chemicals and PPE provided.
Choose work around your existing availability.
Daytime, evening and weekend working available.
Opportunity for regular ongoing work as our workload grows.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Willing to work on a self-employed basis.
- Experience in void properties, end-of-tenancy cleaning, builders' cleans or commercial cleaning would be particularly beneficial.
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
