Job Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant

Hours: Part-Time (including weekends)
Hourly rate: £12.80
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and fashion-loving Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with previous retail experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a permanent, Part-Time role and requires consistent weekday availability. Applicants must be able to commit long-term. Short-term or limited availability is not suitable. We work a fixed rolling rota, recurring over a three-week period:
Wk 1 Tues/Fri
Wk 2 Mon/Wed
Wk 3 Thurs/Sat/Sun
The rota is fixed and all staff in all of our branches work this system, it’s fair to everyone, all staff work every third weekend, and in week 2 you finish on Wednesday until Thursday the following week, a lovely 7 day break every third week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and styling advice
- Operating the till to process sales and refunds accurately
- Conducting stock takes and keeping track of stock levels
- Pricing and steaming new stock before it goes on the shop floor
- Completing end-of-day paperwork (daily sales, refunds, stock updates)
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing
- Assisting with regular window and in-store visual displays
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail experience (fashion retail preferred)
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
