Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the whole pub premises. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms and communal spaces to high standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and stored correctly after use
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not essential;
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during shi
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
