Part Time Support Worker - £14.00ph
Location: Walton-on -the-Naze
Hours: 36 hours per week (working weekends every other week), 12-hour shifts from 8am-8pm - Nights or Days available
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Walton on the Naze.
This role involves providing support, assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience with trauma-informed care is highly desirable
- Experience supporting people with autism is essential
- Calm, patient and understanding approach
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
