Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee the Elderly care homes' operations within our designated location in Strensall . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. Duties
- Lead and supervise Residential care home for 21 beds service.
- Manages referral pipeline and liaises with local authorities.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies CQC guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to foster professional development.
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for senior management.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience of managing Elderly care home as a Deputy or home manger with proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Level 5 for CQC registered manager or Relevant management qualifications or equivalent experience is preferred.
