This is a fantastic opportunity to join the awesome team at St Mabyn Lodge Escape, Cornwall as we continue transforming the park into a premier destination for lodge holidays and ownership.
We’re looking for a Park Team Leader to join our small but dedicated team, playing a crucial role in creating the all-important first impression by ensuring our park is well run and maintained, delighting guests and helping to make every stay truly memorable.
You will oversee maintenance operations, support the park with operational and administration responsibilities and be on hand for callouts and guest queries.
About you
You’ll be practical, with some experience in a hands-on role, and will be a committed team player with high standards. Ideally you will have some experience of holiday parks or a customer facing role and be willing to take responsibility across the team.
