Labourer – Full‑Time
Location: Preston
Pay: £130 per day
Clearbore Solutions Ltd is looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team supporting day‑to‑day site operations. This is a long‑term position offering steady work, training opportunities, and progression into skilled roles within utilities and civil engineering.
About the Role
You will assist with general labouring duties, preparing work areas, supporting plant operators, and helping maintain safe working conditions. Work is typically carried out as part of a small team on planned projects.
Some travel to different sites may be required depending on project needs.
Progression Opportunities
Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not essential:
- Slinging/Signalling
- Butt‑Fusion Welding
- Excavator Operation
Training and development are available for committed individuals looking to advance.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to travel when required
- Eligibility to work on a self‑employed basis (CIS)
Pay & Benefits
- £130 per day
- 15 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
- Holidays accrued monthly (1.25 days per month)
