Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: UK (regular client travel required)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients. You will act as the main point of contact for your accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and on-site visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Review account performance and implement solutions to improve client outcomes and retention.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective support.
- Prepare and deliver structured account reviews and business updates to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, account plans, and activity reporting within the CRM system.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing, account management, or relationship management role.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and account development.
- Ability to work independently while managing a designated client portfolio.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
- Experience using CRM systems and producing detailed account reports and performance reviews.
- Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
