We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred mental health care while supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and contribute to individualised care plans.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for effectiveness and side effects.
- Provide therapeutic support and promote patients' recovery and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous professional development.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the NHS or a similar healthcare environment (required).
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based care practices.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo new one).
- Overseas Police Check for candidates who have lived outside the UK within the last 10 years (where applicable).
- Occupational Health clearance.
- Evidence of immunity (titre results or vaccination records) for Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR), in line with NHS compliance requirements.
- Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance documentation (or willingness to complete before placement).
