About the Role
As an Events Coordinator, you'll plan, organise, and help deliver a variety of events from concept through to execution. You'll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
What You'll Do
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate logistics for a range of events, from small gatherings to larger campaigns
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors to confirm bookings and requirements
- Develop event timelines, checklists, and run sheets
- Coordinate signage, materials, and equipment needed for each event
- Ensure events are set up, run, and broken down efficiently and professionally
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the planning process
- Understand client needs and translate them into a clear event plan
- Communicate professionally with vendors, venues, and internal teams
- Manage expectations and troubleshoot issues as they arise on event day
Administration & Budget Support
- Maintain accurate event documentation, contracts, and schedules
- Support budget tracking and vendor invoicing for events
- Keep records organised and up to date across all active events
- Follow company procedures and compliance standards
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver successful events
- Participate in planning meetings and post-event debriefs
- Recommend improvements based on event feedback and outcomes
- Stay current with event trends and industry best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of event processes
