Job Overview:
We are seeking an honest, intelligent person to assist an active, partially sighted older lady. The position and hours are flexible but reliability is a key part.
This is a traditional Cottage Gardener roll not a Groundsman.
The ideal candidate will have considerable gardening experience, empathy, care, reliability, and honesty. They will be competent with all aspects of a small garden, native and wild flowers, borders, and cut flowers.
This is a hands on position requiring reliability, knowledge, attention to detail and experience. Working directly for the independent lady to assist with daily or weekly plant requirements. Planting, weeding, watering, pruning etc.
There is a very small lawn to cut and edge, plus a hedge if time allows.

The hours would ideally be 1 to 2 hours per week, at any time that suits by arrangement.
