Bubbleistic is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our team. You will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality bubble tea and other products, and ensuring the store remains clean, organised and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the till/POS system.
- Prepare bubble teas, drinks and other menu items according to Bubbleistic recipes and quality standards.
- Assist customers with menu choices, flavours, toppings and customisation options.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, including during busy periods.
- Prepare ingredients and complete opening, closing and restocking duties as required.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Clean workstations, equipment, utensils and customer areas.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow food safety, allergen, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues to a supervisor or manager when appropriate.
- Support other team members and undertake reasonable duties required for the successful operation of the store.

- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and busy periods where required.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food service, cafés or bubble tea is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
