We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hard-working Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. Being part of this team helps to maintain our high standards to create a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for the residents, visitors and staff in our Residential Care Home.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; what is important to us is that you are an enthusiastic, reliable and caring individual who has good communication skills and attention to detail. A good understanding of empathy and treating people with kindness is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good MS Skills and GCSE's in English and Maths are also desirable.
Shifts are on a 4-weekly rota basis (including weekends) over the following shifts: early (8:00am-3:30pm) or late (11:00am-6:30pm).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.45 (basic) £16.81 (enhanced)
