Due to increased business levels on the weekends we are now recruiting for a Pub Team Leader

A non-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below:
To understand and support The Last Drop Village Hotel’s commitment to Customer Service within the job role.
To create an inviting environment for both residents and non-residents
To attend regular meetings and relay any information back to the Drop Inn team in the absence of the Drop Inn Supervisor
To delegate jobs to team members thus ensuring a smooth service.
To check uniform standards are upheld at all times.
Ensure the smooth running of food and drink service during opening hours
You will be responsible for ensuring that the Drop Inn set up and close down is in accordance with established standards.
To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed on a daily basis.
Monitor business levels and ensure rota’s are adapted accordingly
Assist with training, ensuring that the team are fully capable of the job required through regular checks and completing of the training matrix.
You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards and to ensure that the staff are directed and assisted as appropriate.
The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.
To undertake relevant training as directed by their line manager i.e. flow training
Be aware and work to COSHH and HACCP.
To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotels commitment to health and safety.

Hold relevant training certificate i.e. COSHH, Food Hygiene and Food Safety
Good planner and organiser

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working in a multi outlet business
Remain calm under pressure
Team player
You will need to have strong food & beverage skills
