Callow Retail Ltd is a successful and growing family owned business based in Saxilby, Lincoln. We supply thousands of customers across the UK through our own websites, Marketplaces and leading retailers.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to become an important part of our warehouse team.
Unlike many warehouse roles, every day is different. One day you could be preparing premium BBQs for dispatch, the next unloading containers, organising stock Locations, picking customer orders or helping prepare products for exhibitions and events.

What you will be doing:
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving deliveries and checking stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles and shipping containers
- Organising warehouse stock between our various warehouse sites and keeping storage areas tidy
- Preparing pallet deliveries
- Assisting with stock counts
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, well maintained and organised warehouse environment
- Supporting other departments when required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard working with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and happy with manual handling
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)
- Committed to providing excellent customer service through accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Able to drive a
A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential, as training may be provided for the right candidate.
