Team Leader – Join Our Pub Team!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our busy pub. If you're passionate about great food, excellent service, and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the team during busy service periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the pub.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
