We are searching for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at Inverkip Hotel.
We are looking for someone who knows great service, is energised by quality food and Scottish hospitality, and who leads by example with pride, attention to detail, and creativity.
What you will be doing:
· Leading food, wine, and drinks offerings
· Leading the restaurant and bar operations with energy and professionalism
· Coaching, developing, and nurturing your team
· Creating operational efficiencies while enhancing the guest experience.
· Taking ownership of health & safety, hygiene, budgets, and performance.
· Hosting the floor, reading the room, supporting your team, and welcoming our guests with genuine, authentic hospitality.
Who we are looking for:
· A food & beverage management professional with strong hands-on experience in similar settings.
