Key Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Highly competent in all color services (including advanced balayage and ombré), high-level ladies' cutting (short and long), and luxury blow-drying/styling.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional styling and coloring services with a warm, client-first approach.
- Managing bookings and client interactions using our digital salon system.
- Participating in salon experience days, seasonal events (Christmas, Halloween), and charity fun days.
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high salon cleanliness and operational standards
