We are seeking a dedicated and professional Domestic Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across various areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Organise and manage cleaning schedules to optimise efficiency while maintaining high standards.
- Assist with laundry and linen management as required.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored securely.
- Provide person centred care by addressing any specific requests or concerns from clients or visitors courteously and promptly.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in care setting or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a home from home environment.
- A positive attitude towards cleanliness, organisation, and delivering high standards of service.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
