We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager specialising in Education to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our specialist provision.

About the Role
You will lead on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the college, ensuring robust systems, outstanding provision, and positive outcomes for learners.
From overseeing RARPA processes and transition pathways to supporting staff development and analysing performance data to drive improvements, this role offers genuine strategic impact alongside hands-on involvement.

- Has strong experience in quality assurance within post 16 education
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for learners with SEND
- Can lead, challenge, and support staff to deliver high-quality provision
- Is highly organised, analytical, and proactive

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on auditing the quality of provision across all pathways
- Monitor compliance with internal and external frameworks and requirements
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality improvement strategies
- Support Assistant Heads in delivering quality assurance activities, including learning walks, lesson visits, and observations.
- Ensure the consistent and high-quality application of the RARPA process
- Oversee and quality assure careers education adviceand guidance (CIAG)
- Ensure transition processes (into and out of the college) are robust and well-evidenced
- Centralise and manage evidence to support learner progression and outcomes
- To represent the college at a local and national level while maintaining up to date and relevant knowledge of the wider FE and specialist provider sector to ensure college practice and outcomes are innovative and sector-leading.
