Overview
Honeycroft is a respected childcare setting in Hove with over 45 years of experience dedicated to providing affordable, quality services for children and their families.
As a valued member of the Honeycroft team, you will play an important role as part of our Out of School team to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for primary school aged children during school holiday time in our Holiday Club and term time during After School Club.
Applicants must have:
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Great communication skills
- Physically fit to work with energetic children and capable to take part on local walks and outings
The job involves:
- Providing consistent care and emotional support by working closely with a team to make every child feel safe, valued, and supported.
- Keeping children safe and well, both during sessions at the centre and on off-site activities, by following health and safety procedures and being a vigilant, caring presence.
- Helping plan and run fun, engaging activities, and getting hands-on with setting up and preparing the resources that make our sessions special.
At Honeycroft, eligible staff can:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour
