We are now looking for an exceptional Assistant manager to join the team to build on the great reputation The Crusoe has already built.
The Assistant manager will report into the senior management team and will help train and develop the staff teams. You will a hospitality professional with excellent levels of communication and possess strong commercial and financial acumen.
To be a strong candidate you will be hungry for success and want to develop your career, you will be prepared to go that one step further to achieve the goals of the group.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
· To assist the management team in the smooth and profitable running of all departments
· Has a hands on approach, posses the ability to multi task and performs well under pressure.
· Ability to recruit and train staff to a high standard in all departments
· Assist the GM in monitoring and managing budgets, GP’s, wage percentages and other controls
· Ensure health and safety and statutory compliances are kept up to date.
· Complaint handling & resolution
· Orders and procurement for smooth running of hotel operations.
· Knowledge of PMS and other hotel & restaurant software would be an advantage.
