Wagon Fleet Administrator

N&T Civils Ltd is looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Wagon Fleet Administrator to join our team at our Seaton Carew office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient work.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not be limited to:
- Processing daily wagon and tarmac jobs onto the company system
- Raising and processing invoices
- Preparing weekly wagon fleet cost reports
- Checking and signing off daily wagon inspection records
- Organising, scheduling and maintaining records of wagon fleet servicing and maintenance
- Monitoring company fuel usage
- Managing the administration and housekeeping of the small vehicle fleet
- Providing general administrative support as required
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Confidence working in a busy office environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £25,623.00 per year
